Bruce Nemovitz
Bruce Nemovitz has been a Realtor in the Greater Milwaukee Area for more than 40 years. When he started in the residential real estate business, there was no acknowledgement of the specific needs of older adults who have lived in their homes for many years. He is an expert in helping seniors moving into a different lifestyle.
Since then, education has caught up with seniors’ specific needs, and Bruce has taken advantage of the specialized certification. His training as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), coupled with his 35 years of specialized experience, has allowed Bruce to focus his business on the needs of seniors and their families when moving from their long-time homes. In addition, Bruce started a group for Realtors (REAL) from all companies to discuss current topics and issues of the day and to exchange ideas and solutions to better serve the public.
Bruce has shared his experience and expertise in two books and a series of articles. His first book, Moving in the Right Direction, is a handy reference for seniors while their families read Bruce’s Guiding Our Parents in the Right Direction. As a contributor to 50 Plus magazine for more than 10 years, Bruce has also written more than 150 articles covering just about every aspect of the moving process for seniors, and helping seniors moving into a new lifestyle.
Bruce is a featured speaker throughout the Milwaukee-Metro area with his talks focusing on issues facing seniors and their children. Passion permeates everything Bruce does, and he especially pours his heart into helping and guiding youth as a longtime member of the Optimist Club and as a Big Brother. His other outside interests include playing the guitar and entertaining others through his music.
Jeanne Nemovitz
Jeanne Nemovitz is a licensed Realtor with more than 35 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions through real estate. As a key member of Bruce’s Team, Jeanne brings clarity, compassion, and steady guidance to senior homeowners and those who support them.
Jeanne specializes in presenting and negotiating real estate contracts, always focused on protecting her clients’ best interests and achieving the strongest possible outcomes. She is especially attuned to the emotional side of selling a long-time family home, offering reassurance, patience, and hands-on support throughout the process.
In addition to working directly with seniors, Jeanne partners closely with adult children and loved ones who are helping a parent downsize, relocate, or move to a senior community. She also assists families navigating the sale of a home following the loss of a loved one, including estate and probate situations, working collaboratively with trusted professionals while honoring the role of the Realtor.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful communication, Jeanne helps families feel supported, informed, and confident—every step of the way. Her approach reflects the core values of Bruce’s Team: empathy, experience, and a deep respect for the people behind every home.
